Job Description

Junior Compliance Officer Top Tier Law Firm Hong Kong

They will also conduct analyze and resolve conflict searches and maintain and update conflict records. Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify new client and matter forms
  • Assist in implementing information barriers while ensuring confidentiality
  • Research new and existing clients using data provider software
  • Identify corporate structures and ultimate beneficial ownership
  • Guide on required documents for due diligence
  • Monitor and update client due diligence records
  • Escalate AML issues as needed
  • Record decisions and undertake risk assessments

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in English; Chinese languages are a plus
  • Solutions-driven with a problem-solving attitude
  • Keen interest in AML legislation and regulatory compliance
  • 1 years of experience in a Risk and Compliance function
