Responsibilities:
- Review and verify new client and matter forms
- Assist in implementing information barriers while ensuring confidentiality
- Research new and existing clients using data provider software
- Identify corporate structures and ultimate beneficial ownership
- Guide on required documents for due diligence
- Monitor and update client due diligence records
- Escalate AML issues as needed
- Record decisions and undertake risk assessments
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English; Chinese languages are a plus
- Solutions-driven with a problem-solving attitude
- Keen interest in AML legislation and regulatory compliance
- 1 years of experience in a Risk and Compliance function
