As part of the Accor Groups Corporate Legal Department the Junior Legal Counsel Procurement Contracts is part of the corporate team in charge of Global Commercial & Business Legal affairs encompassing Central Procurement legal affairs.
The Junior Legal Counsel Procurement Contracts is primarily in charge of:
- For all Procurement teams to ensure implementation and regular updates of all necessary Procurement templates agreements policies and trainings;
- For the Procurement L&L teams in particular ensuring the setting and update of necessary Procurement L&L Listing Agreement in line with the Procurement L&L team strategy and always in coordination with the Corporate Procurement Legal Counsel
- Assisting at negotiating and securing necessary assistance to all Procurement teams in terms of contracts policies and trainings.
Qualifications :
- Master law degree in Commercial Contract or International Business law
- Specialization in various other areas of commercial law
- 1-3 PQE/years of previous experience
- Experience in drafting and setting various legal documents (in English)
- Eager to work with internal and external stakeholders in international and multicultural environment
- FLUENT written and spoken English (main working language) and French
- Excellent command of contractual techniques including SaaS agreements and related
- Autonomy
- Taste for teamwork and ability to work in partnership with internal customers in an international and multicultural environment
- Good interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with the team and other stakeholders
