Our client a major international law firm in Hong Kong is currently hiring an IT Training Manager to provide training and development to the IT/L&D team on the companys software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide training for new staff induction workplace IT skills productivity/efficiency skills mobility support and document production automation.
- Conduct virtual classroom and one-on-one training sessions.
- Work closely with the Learning and Development team and the IT department to analyze their learning needs and develop tailored courseware
- Act as a technology resource for industry trends and change management
- Provide high-level customer support and perform other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with preferably a background in IT and having relevant experience in training delivery or development
- Experience in legal training is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and document management system is essential
- Good knowledge of mobile devices and telephone and voicemail systems
- Professional training qualifications and certifications will be preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Cantonese and Mandarin
