Job Description
Our client is a well established Family Office that is hiring a trusts lawyer to provide legal and compliance support to their established family trusts structure including advising family members on the following areas:
- Tax matters and inheritance tax reliefs
- Preparing trusts and other documentation
- Ensuring compliance with offshore trusts requirements
- Assisting in the transfer of assets into the trust
- Advising on estate planning
- Designing and implementing new private trust company structures when required
- Advising on general operational legal matters
To qualify you should be an experienced private/family trusts lawyer who is very familiar with offshore trust structures and tax implications. Fluency in both English and Cantonese is essential for this role.
