Job Summary

Lead Creative Vision as Our Art Director!

Were seeking an experienced Art Director to join our dynamic pro platform company that excels in event management creative media productions and advertisement agency services. If you have a passion for visual storytelling and the leadership skills to guide creative teams this is your opportunity to shape extraordinary campaigns and experiences.

What Youll Do:

Lead creative direction for advertising campaigns events and media productions

Develop and present creative concepts and visual strategies to clients

Oversee the creative process from concept development to final execution

Manage and mentor creative teams including designers photographers and videographers

Collaborate with account managers and project managers to ensure creative alignment with client objectives

Review and approve all creative materials to ensure brand consistency and quality standards

Stay current with design trends industry innovations and competitive landscape

Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients and stakeholders

Ensure all creative work meets project timelines and budget requirements

What Were Looking For:

Experience: 7-12 years of art direction experience at international agencies or big local companies

Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts Advertising Media or related field

Leadership: Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects

Portfolio: Outstanding portfolio demonstrating creative vision across various media and platforms

Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.)

Language: Advanced English language skills (written and verbal) - MUST HAVE

Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions

Communication: Excellent presentation and client communication skills

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of advertising branding and event marketing
