Job Description

General Corporate Associate Hong Kong UK law firm

Our client an International UK law firm is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate to join their team in Hong Kong. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded team and gain exposure to a variety of complex legal matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling listed companies general compliance and public M&A.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on general corporate matters including compliance and M&A transactions.
  • Handling public M&A for listed companies.
  • Providing legal support and advice on general commercial litigation matters.
  • Managing and supervising junior associates and trainees as needed.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
  • Excellent drafting negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly advantageous.
