Energy/Projects Associate Hong Kong
Our client an international multi-service commercial law firm is seeking a Energy/Projects Associate with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience to join their dynamic team.

About you
- Hong Kong or common law qualified 3-5 years of PQE in energy oil and gas or renewables with a strong foundation in transactional and/or commercial law. Lawyers with a strong projects or project finance M&A or general banking and finance lawyers would be considered.
- A proven track record of working on complex high-value matters ideally within an international context.
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A commercial mindset and a genuine interest in the energy sector including the latest trends and technologies driving the energy transition.
- Strong academic credentials and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
