Pay: $110000.00 - $140000.00 per year

Note: This position requires employees to work on a hybrid schedule at either the Boca Raton FL or Miami FL office.

Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have 1-5 years of corporate/transactional law experience.

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join their team. This attorney will handle a broad range of corporate and transactional work collaborating with clients across multiple industries and sizes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Advising clients on corporate formation and financing
  • Structuring and negotiating mergers & acquisitions and corporate transactions
  • Handling debt finance matters and related documentation
  • Serving as outside general counsel for business clients providing day-to-day advice
  • Drafting reviewing and negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable corporate and securities laws

Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing
  • 1-5 years of corporate/transactional law experience (2-4 years preferred)
  • Strong drafting negotiation and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage transactions and client needs independently
  • Prior experience with M&A or debt finance highly valued
