Assist customers via phone email or chat with technical/product-related queries
Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT or service issues efficiently
Guide users through system setups and basic configurations
Document issues and escalate more complex cases when needed
Provide a friendly and solution-focused customer experience
Follow company procedures and strive to meet performance goals
What do we need from you:
Italian on a C2 level
Good English communication skills (B2)
Strong communication & problem-solving abilities
Motivation to work in a customer-centric environment
Available to work on rotational shifts (if needed)
Willingness to relocate (if not based in Greece)
