Kardex is seeking an ambitious Service Coordinator to strengthen our Life Cycle Services team to start as soon as possible. The role is to be based in our office in Hertford UK.
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility of planning calls UK.
- Planning 1st response breakdown calls.
- Planning of follow on repair work.
- Preventive repairs.
- Planning of all PMs for the UK ensuring we are within target.
- Ensure all quotes are sent to customers for chargeable attendances helpdesk software and follow onrepair work.
- Liaising with software to ensure calls are closed.
- Ensuring Help desk support is done within the 2 hour SLA.
- Ensuring all planned work is communicated to the customer and agreed.
- Ensuring all H&S documentation is prepared by the techs and with the customer.
- Ensuring all SAP calls are closed and data managed efficiently.
- All tech reports are maintained and filled.
- With the corporation of FSMs ensure enough techs in the field through managing holidays training and sickness management.
Your profile
- Prior planning experience preferably in an engineering environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Multi-tasking
- Excellent customer services skills
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage but training will be given.
- Knowledge of Salesforce will be an advantage.
