This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for IT support troubleshooting and delivering high-quality customer service. As a Technical Support Engineer (L1) you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support for web hosting matters (cPanel DNS Email) as well as for networking and server queries. You will work closely with the L2 and L3 teams for training troubleshooting and escalation matters.
