About the Role
At BE Campbell were proud to be one of Australias leading meat suppliers built on family values integrity and innovation. Were currently seeking a proactive and passionate Reliability Officer to join our Maintenance & Engineering team at our Wetherill Park site.
In this critical role youll be a key driver in shifting our maintenance culture from reactive and preventative to predictive and proactive enabling long-term operational reliability and equipment optimisation across the site.
Your new role will include:
- Lead and support continuous improvement in maintenance practices and culture
- Develop and implement Reliability Centred Maintenance strategies
- Review and update asset structures maintenance plans and equipment BOMs
- Establish and manage a condition monitoring program aligned with failure modes
- Facilitate cross-functional teams and lead problem-solving (RCAs) for reliability issues
- Enhance inventory accuracy critical spare audits and cost-saving initiatives
- Act as the key liaison between Production and Maintenance on reliability matters

About you
We are looking for an experienced Reliability Officer who enjoys a varied role where no two days are the same. You are an excellent communicator and possess strong decision-making skills. Your ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes will see you thrive in this fast-paced role!
To be successful in the role you will bring:
- Trade Certificate or Engineering Degree
- Experience with maintenance strategy development in a CMMS (SAP preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background
- Experience in formal problem-solving methods.
- High attention to detail and organisational rigour
