Our experts primarily work withcontractors building owners property managers andfacilities directors to design and implement reliable life safety solutions.

Job Skills / Requirements

A Healthcare Account Manager selling fire inspection services and equipment is responsible for managing relationships with healthcare facilities (hospitals clinics nursing homes etc.) while ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations. Their key job duties typically include:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and target healthcare facilities and develop sales strategies to grow the client base in the healthcare industry.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings to educate potential clients on fire safety compliance and requirements for healthcare
  • Generate and follow up on leads proposals and contract negotiations.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facility managers safety officers and procurement teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries ensuring excellent service.
  • Address client concerns related to fire inspection services and compliance requirements.

Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge

  • Stay updated on NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) and healthcare-specific fire safety regulations.
  • Ensure that all fire inspections testing and maintenance services comply with industry standards.
  • Educate clients on fire code requirements and help them maintain compliance.

Coordination & Operations Support

  • Work with internal teams (technicians schedulers and customer service) to ensure timely inspections and reports.
  • Monitor service completion and ensure documentation is properly provided to clients.
  • Assist in resolving any service issues or discrepancies.


Education Requirements (All)

Bachelors Degree preferred
