Sales Director Position
Our client an industrial laundry and supplies company servicing the restaurant bar hospitality and medical clinic industries is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Director. This key role involves managing the outside sales team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. With a benefits package in line with Teamsters Union the company offers an exceptional work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the outside sales team
- Hiring training and if necessary terminating team members
- Resolving team issues
- Conducting field training ride-alongs and assisting in closing sales
- Setting the pace for the sales team
Qualifications:
- Experience managing or leading an outside sales team
- Proficiency in a selling system ideally Sandler
- Ability to teach train and manage quota and activity-driven sales reps
