This Seattle-based company is offering an exciting opportunity to continue and grow your career in industrial sales. As an integral part of a 10-person team you will handle an average of 30-50 incoming calls per day from customers. Approximately 70% of these calls will be from the marine market with the remainder coming from food and other manufacturing industries.
Your role will involve answering customer questions ordering their parts and doing everything you can to meet their needs. Most of the calls youll handle (70%) are from established customers with the rest being new inquiries. You will also follow up with customers via phone and email.
