Job Description
Our client is looking for a Retail Sales Assistant (Electronics & Gadgets) to join their team at Orchard. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service engaging with walk-in customers understanding their communication needs recommending suitable products and driving sales of innovative communication solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Handle sales transactions accurately (cash and card).
- Maintain store cleanliness and attractive displays.
- Help achieve store sales targets through individual performance.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and customer follow-up.
- Participate in product training to improve knowledge.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in retail sales or customer service (preferably in retail).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven sales skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive enthusiastic and a team player.
- Fluent in English and at least one other local language.
- Willingness to work retail hours including weekends.
