We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef De Partie (Sushi) to join our team at Hotel/Restaurant Name. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes according to established standards ensuring adherence to the highest levels of cleanliness and food safety.
- Prepare and assemble a variety of sushi and Japanese dishes in accordance with recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work station following hygiene and safety regulations.
- Monitor and control the quality of raw ingredients ensuring their availability at all times.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver excellent service and presentation.
- Contribute to menu development and innovation of sushi offerings.
- Adhere to scheduled work times and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sushi preparation and Japanese cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of sushi techniques types of fish and ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
