Start Date: ASAP
Work Schedule: Full-time rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday 8h/day 2 days off/week)
Contract Type: Permanent on-site
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Customer Service or similar role
Job Description:
We are hiring experienced English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a global BPO leader in Athens. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment supporting well-known international brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Provide product/service information accurately
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer support (6 months preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Eligible to work in Greece (EU passport or valid permit)
- Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends
