Job Description

LABOR RELATIONS SPECIALIST:

Are you passionate about Labor Relations and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment Were looking for a Labor Relations Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our Human Resources department youll play a crucial role in ensuring proper labor analysis expansion procedures smooth offboarding and employee support.

Responsibilities:

Labor Analysis:

    1. Evaluate labor data and trends to identify areas for improvement and efficiency within Fever companies around the world.
    2. Participate in planning and executing company international expansion into new territories considering labor aspects.
    3. Lead projects related to labor relations such as implementing new policies or programs.
    4. Monitor and address sensitive or controversial employment topics maintaining transparent communication with employees and management.

Labor queries:

    1. Provide guidance to management on employment matters and address inquiries related to labor agreements in the different countries.
    2. Address employee queries regarding international labor-related issues including benefits working hours and conditions.
    3. Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance and resolve policy-related issues.

Employment documentation review:

    1. Create and maintain accurate records of labor-related documents such as employment agreements collective agreements and internal policies.
    2. Ensure all documentation complies with legal requirements and remains up to date.
    3. Collaborate with international teams to review and adapt labor contracts based on local laws and regulations

Onboarding & Offboarding processes and communication:

    1. Assist in the incorporation process to ensure compliance in the different countries where Fever is present.
    2. Oversee employee termination processes ensuring proper procedures are followed and documentation is handled correctly.

Employee Communication via JIRA/Slack:

    1. Utilize internal communication tools to maintain effective communication with management and employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Law Labor relations or Human Resources.
  • At least 2 years of experience in labor relations preferably in an international company
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. International experience is a plus.
  • English level C1 or higher; proficiency in any other language is a valuable asset.
  • Strong communication skills especially when interacting with managers and employees
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented and well-versed in compliance matters.
