Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting sourcing and hiring top talent to meet the companys business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates - corporate & Campus hiring.

2. Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and employee referrals.

3. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.

4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and preferences.

5. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate data entry.

6. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors.

7. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.


Requirements:

1. 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment- exposure to corporate & Campus hiring in manufacturing firms.

2. Strong knowledge of manufacturing industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
