THE OPPORTUNITY
Were looking for a skilled Tractor Operator to join our Drainage Division working specifically on the construction and regeneration of natural turf sports fields. This role involves operating tractors and attachments to support trenching turf preparation drainage installation and surface restoration.
Youll work closely with our project teams to bring high-performance sports surfaces to lifefrom community ovals to elite playing fields.
WHAT YOULL BRING
- Experience operating tractors in civil landscaping or turf environments
- Knowledge of sports field construction drainage and turf regeneration techniques
- Competence in safe plant operation and daily pre-start checks
- Construction White Card and relevant machinery tickets
- A reliable team-oriented attitude and pride in quality work
- Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor site conditions
