Are you a strategic sales leader ready to drive growth in a high-impact role Join Hitachi Energy as aDirect Sales Managerand lead the charge in securing business for our transformer insulation and components portfolio across North America. Based in Alamo TN youll oversee a team of Sales and Business Development Managers guiding the full sales cyclefrom identifying opportunities to closing deals.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

How Youll Make an Impact

  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales/BDMs across multiple product lines and channels

  • Oversee demand planning and ensure accurate sales forecasting

  • Analyze market trends and sales data to drive strategic decisions

  • Collaborate with marketing operations and supply chain to align planning

  • Identify and implement process improvements for forecasting and efficiency

  • Present regular performance reports and business insights

  • Build strong customer relationships and represent Hitachi Energy at key engagements

  • Promote a culture of safety integrity and continuous improvement

Your Background

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in sales business development or business management

  • Deep understanding of the transformer services market and customer needs

  • Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive results

  • The ability to travel domestically and internationally is an essential part of this position. Travel up to 50%
