Your role and responsibilities
Are you ready to be the first point of contact for colleagues experiencing IT issues In this dynamic role no two moments are the sameone minute you could be troubleshooting connectivity or mobile phone issues the next youre amending file permissions or restoring lost files. Youll handle a wide range of IT-related queries across multiple support channels offering clear practical advice and solutions. With a strong focus on customer care youll communicate with empathy manage expectations and take ownership of each interaction. Youll also contribute to the IT Operations teams goals by prioritising tasks investigating complex issues and implementing technical solutions with minimal supervision. If youre someone who thrives on variety enjoys problem-solving and is passionate about delivering excellent support wed love to hear from you!
