Job Description
Growing Law firm in Huntington West Virginia has a need for a Staff Attorney. It is a direct hire role with a full benefits package.
The position includes drafting and reviewing pleadings court appearances throughout West Virginia general support of the foreclosure process in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. Ideally 1 year experience in creditors rights / foreclosure preferred but will train. Salary commensurate with experience.

Requirements
- Must be active and in good standing with the West Virginia Bar.
- Licensed in more than one state a plus.
- Experience in real estate and title work a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
