Senior Data Centre Design Manager (Electrical Bias)
Location: Hybrid working across London
Salary: 100000 - 130000 Bonus & Comprehensive Package

The Opportunity
Theyre looking for an experienced and driven Senior Design Manager with a strong electrical bias to lead the design efforts for their next generation of data centres. Youll be instrumental in delivering complex large-scale projects ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance reliability and sustainability.
This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to work from home while regularly collaborating with their talented teams across London.
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience as a Senior Design Manager (or similar) within the data centre or mission-critical sectors. Your electrical expertise in these environments is paramount.
- A deep understanding of electrical infrastructure within data centres including power distribution UPS systems generators and associated control systems.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing design teams both internal and external consultants.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver complex designs on time and within budget.
- A passion for sustainability and a track record of implementing energy-efficient and environmentally conscious design solutions.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant electrical engineering qualifications.
