WHAT WILL I BE DOING

CHIs Maintenance Supervisor is responsible forensuring that the agencys internal processes and infrastructure supports CHIs mission driven initiatives. The Maintenance Supervisor will perform a range of administrative and hands-on property related functions within the agency. Under the direction and supervision of the Vice President of Property Management the Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate all assigned special projects renovations and routine maintenance for all facilities agency wide.

Facilities:

  • Monitoring the facilitys maintenance budget to ensure fiscal prudency.
  • Entering work orders and assisting in completing when necessary.
  • Scheduling and managing routine maintenance on all building systems.
  • Mitigating risk and overseeing safety and security for all facilities maintenance infrastructure
  • Inspecting all facilities routinely to look for issues.
  • Completing unit turn overs and renovations when needed.
  • Overseeing all contractors that work with all facilities agency wide.
  • Ensuring facilities comply with relevant laws regulations and safety standards.
  • Handling long-range planning to support future needs and growth.
  • Helping with plans for renovations additions or new building
  • Coordinating with external contractors and assure satisfaction of job completion.

Administrative Operations:

  • Coach mentor prioritize and assign daily responsibilities for maintenance staff.
  • Facilities Management (including office leases office equipment furniture camera systems office supplies etc.)
  • Under the direction of the VP of Property Management implement an efficient procurement procedure for supply ordering.
  • Manage inventory supply of all maintenance equipment agency wide.
  • Maintain work orders through YARDI system.
  • Hold staff meetings with direct reports to ensure effective communication.
  • Other job responsibilities as required

ANYTHING ELSE

  • Salary: $65000 annually Exempt

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. -24/7 on call responsibilities
