The Role:
- Handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on purchases sales remortgages and new build matters
- Engage with clients estate agents and lenders to ensure smooth and timely completions
- Contribute to business development efforts and support the wider team in mentoring junior colleagues
- Maintain the firms strong reputation through high standards of client care and technical excellence
The Person:
- A qualified solicitor with ideally 4 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge and a passion for delivering excellent client service
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and independently
- Commercially aware with a collaborative mindset and an interest in developing others
- Excellent communication organisation and interpersonal skills
