As a Senior EUC - End User Computing Support Specialist at Incedo you will be responsible for providingtechnical support to end-users for their computing needs. You will work with clients to understand their EUCneeds and provide technical support for desktops laptops mobile devices and other peripherals. You will beskilled in operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS and have experience with EUC management taskssuch as software installation configuration and troubleshooting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Providing end-user support for desktops laptops mobile devices and software applications
Developing and maintaining EUC documentation and policies
Troubleshooting and resolving EUC issues
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior EUC Support Specialists
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in EUC support.
Technologies involved may include Windows Mac OS iOS Android Microsoft Office and productivitysoftware
Knowledge of desktop and mobile operati ng systems such as Windows macOS iOS and Android
Experience in confi guring and managing end-user devices such as laptops desktops smartphones andtablets
Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as SCCM Jamf or Intune
Strong troubleshooti ng and problem-solving skills
Must have excellent communicati on skills and be able to communicate complex technical informati onto non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Must understand the companys long-term vision and align with it.
Provide leadership guidance and support to team members ensuring the successful completi on oftasks and promoti ng a positi ve work environment that fosters collaborati on and producti vity takingresponsibility of the whole team.
4-6 years of work experience in relevant fi eld
or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background ispreferred
