Job Description

Who We Are Looking For:

Are you the Residential Supervisor we have been looking for In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic team and bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!

TheMerrimack Centeris an Intensive Residential Treatment Program for adolescents that specializes intraumainformed Merrimack Center provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site a full clinical staff nursing staff and direct care staff.

Salary: $24/hr

Schedule:Sunday and Monday Off Tuesday 3PM-11PM Wednesday 3PM-11PM Thursday 3PM-11PM Friday 7AM-3PM Saturday varies alternating 7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us there are times where overtime may be mandated.

JRI Provides The Training So That:

  • YOU will be able to ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedure while on site and also through rotating on call coverage
  • YOU will support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
  • YOU will be able to support all efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
  • YOU will support staff and programming through your knowledge of the policies and procedures of Merrimacks Residential Department.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Covid-19 vaccination required.
  • Residential program or mental health facility experience required.
  • Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required.
  • Maintains valid drivers license as transporting students is required.
  • Available to work evenings holidays weekend shifts as required.
  • At JRI you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
