Job Description
Were hiring a Residential Window Superintendent to lead our window installation teams and ensure projects are completed safely on time and with top-tier quality. If you have a strong background in residential construction and window systems we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily window installation operations across multiple residential sites
- Manage schedule and support window installation crews
- Ensure high-quality workmanship safety compliance and code adherence
- Coordinate materials deliveries and site logistics
- Work closely with project managers inspectors and homeowners
- Complete site inspections and closeout tasks
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience supervising residential window installations
- Deep knowledge of window products flashing and waterproofing
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and construction schedules
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
