We are hiring for our client a leading Construction Fit Out and Facilities Management provider with a strong presence across the UK. Due to ongoing growth they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Belfast.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of varied projects across public retail and design & build sectors. As Site Manager you will be responsible for the on-site coordination of projects from start to finish ensuring that works are delivered to specification on time and in line with safety and quality standards.

The Role Site Manager
Manage full site delivery of public and design & build projects
Build strong relationships with clients subcontractors and suppliers
Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors
Ensure timely project delivery to client specifications
Enforce all health & safety protocols and liaise with relevant bodies
Host and coordinate regular site meetings
Ensure efficiency from mobilisation through to completion
The Person Site Manager
15 years site management experience
Third-level Construction degree or HNC (essential)
Gold or Platinum CSR card (or equivalent qualification)
Commercial awareness and industry knowledge
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and site reporting tools
Decision-maker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
