Nous recherchons un individu talentueux et motiv pour rejoindre notre quipe dynamique en tant que spcialiste des applications (FAS) chez Roche Diagnostics spcifiquement pour le territoire du Grand Montral. En tant que FAS vous ferez partie intgrante de notre environnement collaboratif ax sur le client en fournissant un support exceptionnel aprs-vente une assistance en dpannage et une expertise technique sur nos produits. Avec lopportunit de travailler en troite collaboration avec des quipes locales et internationales vous jouerez un rle crucial dans la promotion des ventes contribuant loptimisation des produits et ayant un impact significatif dans le domaine du diagnostic. Lopportunit :
Vous fournissez un support technique prompt et efficace aux clients en veillant rsoudre rapidement les problmes et assurer une satisfaction client exceptionnelle
Vous utilisez vos comptences dcoute active et votre communication efficace pour offrir un support dapplication de premier ordre via diffrents canaux y compris tlphone e-mail et visites sur site
Vous agissez en tant que consultant en applications fournissant des orientations aux oprateurs chaque tape du parcours client de la pr-installation aux phases oprationnelles
Vous ralisez des dmonstrations de produits et des sessions de formation quipant les clients des connaissances et comptences ncessaires pour une utilisation optimale des produits
Vous tes un membre actif de lquipe dinstallation contribuant la configuration loptimisation le flux de travail et les processus de corrlation
Vous travaillez en troite collaboration avec le responsable du support client et lquipe rsolvant rapidement les problmes et garantissant une exprience client sans faille et satisfaisante
Vous tes responsable de la maintenance et du dveloppement de la documentation complte destine aux clients en vous assurant que les ressources de support et de formation sont prcises et jour
Qui vous tes :
Vous dtenez un baccalaurat et avez plus de 2 ans dexprience de travail dans un environnement de laboratoire
Vous matrisez le franais et avez un niveau danglais courant (crit et parl)
Vous possdez de solides comptences interpersonnelles et de communication y compris des comptences en prsentation
Vous avez de bonnes capacits de rsolution de problmes et de dpannage
Prfrences :
Vous avez plus de 5 ans dexprience en laboratoire de pathologie et vous dtenez une matrise et/ou un doctorat
Vous tes un apprenant perptuel toujours la recherche de nouvelles connaissances et comptences
Vous tes prt(e) voyager plus de 30% de votre temps de travail
Il se peut que vous soyez occasionnellement disponible pour des travaux de garde (en dehors des heures normales de travail)

Were seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic team as a Field Application Specialist (FAS) at Roche Diagnostics specifically for the Greater Montreal Territory. As a FAS you will be an integral part of our collaborative and customer-focused environment providing exceptional after-sales support troubleshooting assistance and technical product expertise. With the opportunity to work closely with local and international teams you will play a crucial role in driving sales contributing to product optimization and making a meaningful impact in the field of diagnostics. The Opportunity:
You are providing prompt and effective technical support to customers ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceptional customer satisfaction
You are utilizing your active listening skills and effective communication to deliver top-notch application support through various channels including phone email and on-site visits
You are acting as an applications consultant providing guidance to operators at every stage of the customer journey from pre-installation to operational phases
You are conducting product demonstrations and training sessions equipping customers with the knowledge and skills needed for optimal product utilization
You are an active member of the installations team contributing to set-up optimization workflow and correlation processes
You are working closely with the Customer Support Lead and team resolving issues promptly ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience
You are responsible for maintaining and developing comprehensive customer-facing documentation ensuring accurate and up-to-date resources for support and training purposes
Who you are:
You hold a bachelors degree and 2 years of experience working in a laboratory environment
You demonstrate fluency in French and a proficient level of English (written and spoken)
ou possess strong interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
You demonstrate astute problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
You are skilled at relationship building
Preferred:
You bring over 5 years of experience in Pathology laboratory and hold a Masters and/or PhD
You demonstrate to be a perpetual learner continuously seeking to expand your knowledge and skills
You are open to traveling for more than 30% of your working time
You may be required to be available for standby work (after hours) occasionally
