Job Summary
Rehabilitation Consultant Occupational Therapist Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist
Are you passionate about helping people get back on track after injury or illness Join Work Rehab as a Rehabilitation Consultant or Senior Rehabilitation Consultant and make a genuine impact in the lives of individuals on their recovery journey.
Were looking for a Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our supportive Brisbane team. Youll work closely with clients employers healthcare providers and insurers to create tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans that improve lives and foster independence.
What Youll Do
Develop personalised whole-person rehab and return-to-work plans
Assess physical psychological and social factors impacting recovery
Conduct Vocational Workplace and Psychological Functional Capacity Assessments
Identify practical return-to-work pathways aligned with recovery timelines
Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes
Provide expert advice and evidence-based recommendations

About You
Qualified Exercise Physiologist Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist
New Graduate or 12 years in occupational rehabilitation experience
Excellent communicator and confident working with diverse stakeholders
Passionate about achieving positive rehab outcomes
Must have a drivers licence and reliable vehicle
