Timekeeper
Were looking for a highly motivated and qualified Timekeeper to join our Texas Health family.
Work location: Texas Health Harris 1301Pennsylvania Ave Fort Worth TX 76104
Work hours:Full Time; 40 Hours/week; Days; 8am-4:30pm
What You Will Do:
Duties to include but not limited to:
Validate all reports and correct items as needed and ensure appropriate approvals have been obtained.
Monitor daily exception reports and reviews for potential payable time problems in order to help the managers understand errors as well as process any corrections prior to payroll processing.
Process historical payroll corrections such as adjustments for missed punches incorrect hours or retroactive pay changes.
Place final lock on timecards.
Review and audit timecards for accuracy prior to closing payroll.
Assist department managers as needed with UKG and/or PeopleSoft questions and processes. Provide education and training to all managers and other timekeepers.
Maintains trending and tracking reports of timekeeping data. Tracks various payroll reports conflict report PTO report missed punches and tardy reports.
Additional duties as assigned.
