The club offers a refined dining experience to its distinguished membership. This role is integral to the culinary team with a focus on delivering exceptional culinary offerings and contributing to an elevated and memorable dining experience.
Position Overview
The Barback supports the bartender team in maintaining a flawless bar operation. This role requires efficiency discretion and a proactive mindset in a high-standard environment.
Principal (Essential) Duties

Principal (Essential) Duties
- Stock and replenish bar supplies throughout service.
- Assist with prep work including garnishes ice and glassware.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
- Support bartenders during high-volume periods.
- Handle deliveries and inventory restocking discreetly.
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior barback or food & beverage experience in a fine establishment preferred.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
