JourneyTeam is seeking an experienced and motivated Strategic Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role you will expand and create strategic relationships with customers aiming to become their trusted advisor. You will manage a list of assigned customers - identifying and expanding opportunities improving customer satisfaction and building relationships across departments and the team. Key responsibilities include ensuring customers derive value from deployed solutions understanding their business needs developing relationships driving sales cycles presenting pricing negotiating and closing deals. Additionally you will stay updated on technological solutions in this ever-changing landscape. We work mostly with small and mid-sized businesses with occasional enterprise entities. You will collaborate with sales engineers and partners while demonstrating leadership ethical behavior a strong work ethic and collaboration.

This is an on-site position with hybrid flexibility we are located in Draper UT.
Base Commission - $150000 - $200000 OTE
