Graduate Marketing Executive
Location: Remote/Office-Based (subject to company policy)

Remuneration: 28-35K (dependent on experience) benefits

Were on a mission to revolutionise workforce performanceand were looking for a dynamic Graduate Marketing Executive to help us achieve this goal to support our growth both in the UK and North America.
What Youll Do:
Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email social media events).
Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and marketing automation platforms to identify and nurture high-quality leads.
Collaborate on high-impact content creation including blogs case studies and whitepapers.
Conduct market research to target decision-makers across key industries.
Maintain CRM lead data integrity and produce performance reports.
Align marketing initiatives with sales goals ensuring seamless lead handover and campaign optimisation.
Support webinars and events from promotion to post-event engagement.
Your Impact:
This role is central to generating high-quality marketing content and campaigns to deliver engaged leads across all our service pillars. Youll be an integral part of aligning marketing and sales efforts helping us maintain our reputation as innovators in talent solutions.
What Were Looking For:
You might be in your first graduate role and ready for the next challenge but ideally we are looking for:
A degree in marketing or marketing related with a focus on digital marketing.
1-2 years of experience in marketing lead generation or a similar role within a B2B or professional services environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) and social selling tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
A collaborative team player with excellent organisational and project management skills.
A knack for creating compelling content that resonates with professional audiences.
Key Performance Indicators:
Generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
Achieving and exceeding lead-to-opportunity conversion targets.
Ensuring engagement rates for campaigns meet or surpass benchmarks.
