WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

As a Front of House Team Member you are the reason why our Guests keep coming back for more. You will work as part of a team to serve our Guests and create authentic experiences and exceed expectations from breakfast right through to dinner to ensure that every guest wants to return. Duties as a Waiter/Waitress will include but not be limited to:

THE DUTIES

• Youre the face of our guests experience making sure that from the moment they arrive to when they leave theyre having a memorable experience.
• Constantly seeking out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests. Make it your mission to ensure that every guest leaves happy.
• Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards including our service steps and demonstrate these consistently.
• Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service hygiene safety and cleanliness standards.
• Have full knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with the kitchen and other Team Members.
• We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

• Our breakfast service runs from 6 am so you must be a morning bird and be ready to meet and greet our guests each morning with open arms!
• Passion for hospitality youre all about creating memorable experiences for others.
• Previous experience in a Waiter/waitress role is a plus.
• You want to be part of a team that works hard supports each other and has fun along the way.
• This role requires flexibility in your working week to meet business needs.
• Have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Having a reliable method of transportation to the hotel is essential we have no on-site parking.

RIGHT TO WORK:

In line with the requirements of UK immigration legislation all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documentary evidence of eligibility to work will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.

WORKING HOURS:

6 am to 3 pm

PAY:

12.24 per hour plus 1.60 Tronc per hour
