Managing works in entrusted work streams / projects being part of DC Migration program.
General description of the role responsibilities
The main statistics countable aspects of the position
Substantive supervision over entrusted workstreams / projects being part of DC Migration program. Project integration management. Managing the main project parameters (costs scope quality time). Planning coordination and enforcement of tasks assigned to project teams.
Technical responsibilities
Technical areas of the position
Project / program integration management. Care for high-level management responsibilities project launch scope and change management project budget management project closure.
Planning the work of project teams including: gathering the estimation of effort and implementation time verification of information / requirements from team members determining the date of task delivery prioritizing work based on project priorities
Ongoing supervision over the work of project teams including: monitoring the performance of team members tasks team members timesheet management monitoring and analyzing the use of current and future workloads vs. the availability of resources optimization of resource use supervision of external suppliers
Ongoing supervision over the project implementation status including: identification of risk areas and determination of ways to remedy them reporting critical situations reporting progress in project / program quality control and completeness of project documentation
Supervision and coordination of the work streams carried out in the component projects of the entrusted program
Support in maintaining and developing the FDP project methodology and tools supporting the process of project management and project implementation.

What specific knowledge is required for the effective work on this position.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT Project Manager role in the financial (preferred) or insurance / telecommunications / consulting companies
Knowledge of the SDLC (software development life cycle) process
Good command of English allowing to carry out projects in an international environment
Knowledge of tools supporting the process of project management and project implementation (eg MS Project Clarity JIRA Sharepoint Confluence)
Necessary interpersonal skills
