We are hiring a service-driven Restoration Project Manager who takes pride in helping a property recover following water fire smoke mold or storm damage. This should be someone looking for a long-term career at a growing company with room to advance.

Team Compensation and Benefits:
  • $92-120k target salary commission
    • Base salary of $72k
    • No cap on commissions

What does a Restoration Project Manager (RPM) with Paul Davis do
  • Manages subcontractor vendor and customer relationships
  • Ensure projects are delivered on budget and on time

Requirements:
  • Construction reconstruction or trades experience
  • Strong computer and cloud-based software skills
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
  • Sound planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • College Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Role on the Team:
  • Meet operational objectives of: Sales Gross Margin Brand Experience
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R
  • Confirm budget and work orders before start of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Participate in local community events.
  • Build relationships with key customers direct and B2B.
  • Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesmen.

Before You Can Take the Field: Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment having the ability to stand or walk occasionally bending squatting climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
