Working in a fast paced target driven environment our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are responsible for researching and generating leads and opportunities to acquire new clients.
About the Role
This role involves conducting extensive market research to identify target industries and companies utilising various tools and databases to gather information about potential leads and reaching out to them through cold calling emails and social media to generate interest and establish relationships.
Working closely with the Regional Sales Director the BDR will align their strategies and optimise their efforts to drive revenue growth for the company.
This is a two-year career pathway opportunity leading to the role of Business Development Manager. If youre eager to develop into a BDM with ongoing training and support this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Over the course of two years we expect BDRs to build the skills experience knowledge and confidence needed to engage in direct sales conversations with qualified leads addressing their unique needs and successfully closing deals.
