Job Description
Job Title: Mini CTO / IT Specialist
Location: Remote
Work hours: Monday to Friday US hours
About the Role
We are looking for a Mini CTO / IT Specialist to support the companys U.S.-based CTO and co-founder. This role will lead internal tech strategy systems integration and AI adoption while managing the company s IT infrastructure and tool selection as the team grows. You will also act as a key communication bridge between the tech team and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the U.S.-based CTO and co-founder
- Lead tech strategy systems integration and internal AI adoption
- Manage IT infrastructure and help with tool selection as the team scales
- Bridge communication between technical and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS tools AI systems and startup environments
- Fluent in English
- Available during U.S. business hours
