About the Role
This is not your regular just post and go kind of role. We re looking for someone who understands the power of storytelling and wants to build a career in social media and content. You ll work across platforms like Instagram Twitter (X) and LinkedIn learning creating experimenting and growing every day.
What Youll Do

Craft engaging content from Instagram Reels to Twitter threads to LinkedIn posts.

Write attention-grabbing captions hooks and storytelling-based content.

Create and maintain a content calendar tailored to each platform.

Collaborate with designers editors and marketers to bring ideas to life.

Track basic performance metrics to understand what works - and what doesn t.

Stay updated with platform trends algorithms and content best practices.
What We re Looking For

You re a fresher or have 6 months of internship/freelance/social media experience.

You re active on Instagram Twitter and LinkedIn and understand the tone and trends of each.

You ve written content before (your own page counts!).

You have a strong sense of what makes content click whether its a clever meme or a powerful story.

You re a curious quick learner who s excited to grow in the content/digital space.

Basic skills in tools like Canva CapCut or any visual editing platform.
Bonus Points If You

Have managed a personal or college page and grew its audience.

Can write viral hooks or turn boring content into something scroll-worthy.

Have a portfolio of Instagram Reels LinkedIn posts or Tweets you re proud of.
