Job Description
We have immediate openings for sales and marketing executives with 2 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate in Goa.
Responsibilities
- Perform market and data analysis to evaluate market opportunities.
- Collect in-depth prospect information for subsequent consultative sales stages.
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
- Maintain daily sales and productivity records. Present weekly performance against sales targets to Management.
- Build strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-up and courtesy calls.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets as per schedule.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass/ Any Graduate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral communication skills and presentation skills.
- Business development skills and customer relationship management with customer service orientation.
- Experience: 2 - 5 years in Real Estate sales.
- Must be willing to travel as required.
- Male Candidates preferred Local Candidates Only.
