Job Description
Pay & Shifts:
Day Shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM $13.00/hour
Night Shift: 5:00 PM 3:30 AM $15.00/hour
10 hour shifts required Overtime available
Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced and reliable Machine Operators to join our team in a clean climate-controlled manufacturing facility located in Baldwyn MS. What You ll Be Doing:
Operate machinery safely and efficiently
Follow production guidelines and meet performance targets
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting (Required)
Strong work ethic and a desire to work consistently
Excellent attendance excessive call-ins and tardiness will not be tolerated
Must be dependable loyal
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must have reliable transportation
Must pass a pre-employment screening
