Provide patient support services

Handle inbound and outbound calls
Contact patients for appointment reminders or follow-ups
Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication practices
Two display monitors
Reliable high-speed internet connection (suitable for a VOIP phone system)
Headset with microphone
Availability to work in the U.S. Central Time Zone
Comfortable with security and compliance protocols
Healthcare scheduling experience preferred
