We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Columbus OH. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our internal processes. This position requires excellent organizational skills a proactive mindset and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize office documents schedules and correspondence
Coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for staff
Maintain and update records and databases with personnel financial and other data
Assist with report preparation presentations and document formatting
Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners or clients
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
