Job Description:
The Assistant Brand Executive will support the planning coordination and execution of in-person brand campaigns and promotional events for clients. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to grow within brand management and client services in a hands-on event-focused environment.
Salary Range: $45.000- $50000 per year based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of in-person brand campaigns and activations
Support the planning and execution of live events ensuring brand guidelines and client expectations are met
Help prepare promotional materials and organize inventory for upcoming events
Assist with client communications regarding campaign updates logistics and event needs
Participate in on-site event setup execution and breakdown as needed
Collect and report on event participation data and customer feedback to the Brand Executive team
Maintain organized campaign records and assist in preparing client reports
Support cross-functional collaboration with events PR and administrative teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working on-site for events including occasional evenings and weekends
Ability to lift and carry event materials (up to 25 lbs) as needed
Positive team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
