Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in maintaining the welcoming atmosphere of our office while providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Assist with data entry and basic administrative tasks
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor needs
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
