Business Segment Overview
Corporate: Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight youll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.
Responsibilities
Primary duties will include:
- Greet visitors clients and staff professionally
- Notify relevant staff of visitor arrivals
- Prepare and serve beverages
- Keep reception and meeting rooms tidy
- Assist with booking meeting rooms
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Answer screen and transfer calls
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
To land this role you will need:
- Customer service oriented and detail-focused
- Team oriented and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Minimum secondary education ideally with one (1) year experience in a similar role
